The Prime Halatack Team ~ Halatack/Halabican Released Information

 The Prime Halatack Team (now the Halatack 13 Board of Directors) are the core founders of "Halatack," including Halatack HAI International and its sectors and divisions. This team of thirteen, established in 2021 and beginning public rollout by 2022, were the founders of the first organization called "HalatackBant," now held as the heart of the ecosystem. Halatack originally was kept as a game production and public directory company with 13 members functioning with a public sector and one classified directory. However, "Halatack Games" closed as of 2023 after its creation in 2022. The Prime Halatack Team consists of their superior with name undisclosed, Halatack Khaled Abdul Mukrahs, Halatack Hasnat Amal, Halatack Safiya Harawah Ismaiel, Halatack Abad Yousefuzani, Halatack Yousuf Arsher Hahik Miwal, as well as others with undisclosed names.

From its earliest phases, the Halatack Team operated with extreme precision and layered confidentiality. Internal meetings were conducted through encrypted channels, code-based aliases were used for communication, and all decision-making followed the “Directive Chain Model,” a vertical hierarchy unique to Halatack’s internal governance. The structure was built not only to prevent external leaks or internal compromise, but also to scale across new sectors and timelines without ever revealing its leadership core. This method proved effective as Halatack rapidly expanded into new areas, all while retaining its original foundation and philosophy.

Between 2022 and 2024, Halatack’s ecosystem grew as the internal invite system selectively approved new members. While the Halatack Games division was quietly decommissioned, several classified sectors under HAI International, HalatackBant HB, and other independent divisions began operating at an international level. These included internal AI systems, encrypted databases, economic prototypes, and the first experimental drafts of HalaTax and Halabican protocol-based trade systems. The Board of Directors maintained full control over these expansions, managing approvals, revisions, and system rollouts. By early 2024 the internal invite system was released confidentially selectively choosing individuals have three tests given by three different agents, (Publicly named as Test of Slander, Test of Trust, and Test of Kinship) which were originally given by members of the Prime Halatack Team, Halatack Haneen Mohammad, Halatack Hasnat Amal, and Halatack Safiya Harawah Ismaiel, until more secure HAI operations were available.

Within the Halatack Board of Directors which were originally the members of the Prime Halatack Team, much structure was created as the HAI/HAB/HB systems expanded. Though much work remains internal, every public-facing project still reflects direct influence—subtly coded into everything from logo placement to infrastructure hierarchy.

Today, Halatack is regarded as one of the most classified yet impactful founding boards in underground tech culture. Though individual identities are protected, collective legacy is slowly being recognized across global digital infrastructure. However the Halatack Organizations launched throughout 2024, including HalatackBant, X, Nexus, Corps, Core, Central, Intel, Strat, Apex and Distribute Organizations, have now been put to the bigger structure now publicly released including HB Based Teams now part of the internal structure including Team-A, Team-B, Team-C, Team-D, Team-E, Team-F, Team-G, Team-H, Team-I, Team-J, Team-K, Team-L, Team-M, Team-N, Team-O, Team-P, Team-Q, Team-R, Team-S, Team-T, Team-U, Team-V, Team-W, Team-X, Team-Y, Team-Z, Team-Classified and Unclassified Teams. HalatackBant HB out of all HAI/HAB/HB organizations is in control of managing all Teams, and Organizing all Halatack and Halabican based sectors, operated by brain of ecosystems, Halatack HAI International. However HalatackBant was founded even before Halatack HAI International leaving it to be responsible for hosting nessasary servers and Managing all HB (HalatackBant) CheckPoint Verifcations. 

The structure of the Halatack Ecosystem, including all Halatack and Halabican Organizations, Sectors and Divisions is very complex and vast. HalatackBant recieves PrimePoints (See 392~E of HB Handbook) MidPoints (See 392~F of HB Handbook) and EndPoints (See 392~G of HB Handbook) from HalatackApex Organizations and receives Classified Directories from its own internal structure. HalatackBant HB midlines connect to other HAI based organizations to maintain diversity. After recieving PrimePoints, MidPoints, EndPoints, Classified Directories, and HB Directive Protocols, the informations is then distributed through the distribution service of Al-Nurayn CheckPoint Verification to HalatackDistribute Organizations. From that HalatackDistribute strategically distributes to all Halatack & Halabican Based Organizations. Including MediHalatack, HalatackPrime, HalatackNexus, HalatackX, HalatackRail, HalabicanY, HalabicanX, Halabicant, HalabicoY, HalabOne etc.
